If you want to attract the best suppliers, your invitations to tender need to be easy to read. In the second of three articles, Rob Ashton explains how to write clearly

I hate cyclists. I hate the way they always appear out of nowhere on your blind side. I strongly dislike the way they flagrantly disregard road-travel conventions (a red light means "stop", for instance).
