Working hard to win employers

The latest REC Tracking survey reveals that although employers are working with more agencies since the launch of the survey 18 months ago, they are using agency workers less. Sarah Coles investigates the results of the survey in more detail

Recruitment agencies had to work harder to win business in the second quarter of 2007, as employers played the field, according to the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) Tracking survey.

The report found that employers are working with more agencies, but they are using agency workers less.
