Full rights for temps?
While I fully concur with the view that all agencies should be licensed to operate, as we were until 1993, I don't agree that all temporary workers should have the right to the same pay and conditions as permanent employees as a matter of course. There is a case for those temps who have worked on the same temporary assignment...
