In recent years, stress has become one of the most problematic and costly issues facing the business world. Despite a succession of legislation, much of it emanating from Brussels, and the introduction by many organisations of “solutions” such as flexible working hours, childcare allowances and homeworking, stress-related illness continues to rise.
