A good relationship with a salesperson is vital for a buyer to get the best deals. So you need to see things from the rep’s point of view, says Jacqui Bishop
Teaching marketing on the CIPS course has taught me that purchasers have a firm dislike of the sales representative. They see the sales rep as a person who dresses to impress, pushes their luck and will do anything to close a deal.
