At the end of this year Tim Nicholson will step down as CEO of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC). He has had a marathon task in shaping the REC, which was formed two and a half years ago by the amalgamation of the Federation of Recruitment and Employment Services and the Institute of Employment Consultants.
