Changes to licensing regulations have met a muted response
Like a vodka and lemonade forgotten on the bar by a sozzled punter, recruiters have given a distinctly flat response to the staffing opportunities available to them, now that drinking venues in England and Wales are open beyond 11pm.
Indeed, most are taking a ‘wait and see’ approach to the new regulations.
