Organisations are in danger of losing valuable staff if fundamental employment issues are not improved by managers, warns Craig Lydiate

Almost 40 per cent of employees have problems with stress caused by too much work, poor management and long hours. Two-thirds would leave their current employers for a pay rise of 10-20 per cent. And less than 42 per cent would recommend their organisation as one of the best places to work.
