Waddell leaves Reed to join Change Recruitment Group

Change Recruitment Group has appointed Tom Waddell to the board and to divisional managing director of the Resource Group, one of the company's four divisions. Waddell will be responsible for expanding the Resource Group, which specialises in office support, contact centre, supply chain and rail recruitment, within Edinburgh and Glasgow.

Commenting on his appointment, Waddell said: "The Resource Group has significant exposure in the Scottish market, particularly in the permanent sector and I am excited about the next phase of growth for the division within the temporary market."

Suzanne Ramsay, chief executive of Change Recruitment Group, said: "Tom has excellent experience of temporary recruitment, is well regarded in the Scottish recruitment market and has a proven record in strategically growing business, often from a start up situation. Tom can also add to the dynamics of the board with his energy and passion for this industry built up over 20 years."
