Don’t discriminate against grads: they have the X-calibre

I read the article ’Get the calibre right’ (Recruiter, Bloggers with Bite, 18 May) with some amusement. Vicki Brassington derided the use of the phrase ’graduate calibre’. She also said that taking on a grad with no sales experience was an unbelievable risk.
