Few organisations have made any attempt to analyse and tackle what they spend on meetings, but this expense is frequently more costly than many realise
Travel costs are like an iceberg. Some are easy to see, such as air and car hire. Others, like hotels, are only partially visible. Then there are those costs that are almost entirely submerged. One of these is travel administration. Another, which few organisations in the UK have done anything to tackle, is meetings.
But they should do, because meetings account...
