Half full or half empty?

Much of the potential in purchasing card schemes is still untapped, even in those programmes that are seen as success stories

From their beginnings 10 years ago, the number of purchasing cards in the UK has risen to 195,000 at across approximately 3,250 organisations. Annual spend on cards has risen by almost 20 per cent in the past 18 months and the best estimate puts the total annual spend at £1.9 billion.
