Local councils must make greater use of small firms in their region if they want to create vibrant and economically successful places to live, argues Margaret Gozna
It seems that some of my colleagues in government purchasing feel that the Office of Fair Trading's probe into possible discrimination against small firms is a "waste of time" (see News, 19 February).
