The Office of Fair Trading’s recent decision to fine 10 companies more than £18 million for fixing the price of football kit raises some issues for buyers. Susan Singleton explains
In August, the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) fined 10 companies a total of £18.6 million for fixing the price of Umbro replica football kit in breach of the Competition Act 1998.
