The CIPS legal aspects paper can be a stumbling block for many graduate diploma students. Taking a more focused approach and providing reasoned exam answers will help them to succeed, explains David Tolcher
I am often asked why the legal aspects paper of the CIPS graduate diploma professional stage seems to produce a consistently lower pass rate than the other core subjects. At a tutors’ conference last year, I was again asked why this paper seems to cause students more heartache than others.
