Two tender systems set to improve results for buyers

Two online tendering systems aim to improve the much-criticised tendering process for corporate travel procurement.

E Travel Advisors (ETA) automates the request for proposals (RFP) process for purchasers. It includes a library of information on travel management companies and buyers can design their own online RFP in terms of data offered to and requested from suppliers.

Other elements include tools for evaluating bid responses and workflow management.
