Supply chain software producer Impaq will integrate Datawatch's VorteXML software into its own total e-procurement solution, xDE Suite.

The partnership between the two US firms is designed to provide cheap supply chain solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises and enable a web-based environment for purchasing transactions.
