They say first impressions count. I knew after reading the preface that this book was going to be difficult. In fact, if it weren’t for the claim therein that the book seeks to “fill a gap between descriptive and analytical problem-solving approaches to sourcing…. without sacrificing accessibility or demanding mathematical ability…”, I might well have consigned it...
