Rise in bankruptcy claims expected, warns GT

Grant Thornton is warning of a ‘wave’ of bankruptcy claims from individuals as a result of the Enterprise Act 2002 which comes into force today.

The Enterprise Act was set up to promote entrepreneurship by getting smaller companies and sole traders back on their feet more quickly after bankruptcy proceedings.
