Wesupply has launched a reverse logistics solution to give clients as well as their suppliers and direct retail customers more efficient handling of returned products.
The UK supply chain solutions company said its Reverse Logistics Intelligent Process Agent (IPA) can sort out all returns from sale-or-return agreements to ad hoc customer- initiated returns caused by damage or malfunction.
Returns can be initiated on the Internet or through an electronic data interchange system.
