Racing car firm predicts GP victory

UK-based racing car maker Lola is confident that a robust supply chain will help its new 200-miles per hour-plus cars for an Asian grand prix series to run well in difficult conditions.

Lola, which also makes cars for the Formula 3000 and American Champ Car series, said more than 30 cars will be needed for the first race of the A1 GP series, which is scheduled for September 2005.
