Purchasers embrace freedom of information

Nearly 90 per cent of companies plan to use the Freedom of Information Act to gain details of failed contract bids, according to an online poll of SM readers.
Eighty-seven out of 100 readers said their organisation would use the rights granted as part of the legislation, introduced in January (see Feature).
