Police groups add three managers

Three senior managers have been appointed to the body charged with finding police procurement savings in England and Wales.

Zoe Brewin, Margaret Chamberlain and Julie Homer joined the centre for Procurement Excellence in the Police Service (PEPS) over the past month.

Brewin came from the Prison Service, where she was implementing the new regional procurement structure.
