Paper talks louder than technology

Most UK companies are snubbing automated supply chain technology in favour of paper-based manual processes when communicating with trading partners, says a new report.
The Future of EDI - Trends in Electronic Communication, published by Datamonitor and supply chain e-communication body e.centre, warns of a "dire need" for education on the technical efficiencies of automated processes.
