Improved access to data on bankrupts

A free online database enabling businesses and individuals to easily identify bankrupts has been launched by The Insolvency Service.

The new service will provide instant access to insolvency records for users to find out whether an individual is an undischarged bankrupt, the subject of a bankruptcy restrictions order (BRO) or party to an Individual Voluntary Arrangement.
