Good news for business?

Corporation tax rate rises in EU and OECD member countries are on a declining trend, according to the results of a survey by KPMG.

The 2004 Global Corporate Tax Rate Survey found that only three (Chile, Hong Kong and Peru) out of a total of 69 countries surveyed increased their corporation tax rates between 2003 and 2004, with rates in all other countries staying the same or being reduced.
