FSA Board changes announced

Deirdre Hutton has been reappointed as a non-executive director of the Financial Services Authority (FSA) and will take over as deputy chairman at the end of March 2004.

This is the third term Hutton has served as a non-executive director for the FSA and her next three-year term will take effect from 11 December 2003. She will become deputy chairman on Stewart Boyd’s retirement in March.

It was also announced that Christopher Rodrigues will leave the FSA Board on 10 December 2003.
