Contracts require the time to ‘bed in’

Industry research commissioned by outsourcing consultants Orbys shows organisations are largely satisfied with their outsource contracts but they need time to let them “bed in”.
Almost a third of the 100 companies surveyed said contracts exceeded expectations, 61 per cent said they met them and 9 per cent were disappointed.
However, David Keighley, chief executive of Orbys, cautioned against initial price satisfaction versus long-term results.
