Buyers warned on camera phones

Purchasers should be aware of the security risks posed to corporate data by camera phones and other advanced personal electronic devices, according to a leading IT consultancy.
Ashim Pal, a vice-president at Meta Group, said purchasers and their IT counterparts had been slow to set up a policy covering such devices, which are owned by a growing number of people.
