Best Online Service

Winner: Workthing

There was a wide variety of submissions to this category, which this year amalgamated e-cruitment and recruitment websites to reflect the growing maturity of the sector. The shortlist reflects both big and small players who have succeeded through their site design in a variety of markets.

Workthing clicked with the judges with its clean, user-friendly candidate site with good technical backup for both clients and candidates.

It has a good search facility – by title, sector, salary and location - with 17 channels dedicated to different industries, allowing candidates full control over their careers. And it offers an efficient and cost-effective process which allows recruiters to sift and sort responses.

The judges concluded Workthing was a big player in its field, and justifiably so.
