All EU countries breaking tax law

Every country in the European Union (EU) has at least one tax rule that contravenes European Community treaty law, according to a study by PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Eight areas of domestic tax law were investigated in the 25 EU member countries, with the UK found to have the most tax illegalities – in all of the areas investigated. The tax laws studied were:
