Patrick Etienne, who worked on special projects in the chief executive’s office, has been appointed purchasing director.

Jean-Pierre Ramirez, former financial controller of the railways division, is now director with responsibility for railway access contracts.

The two internal appointments replace Charles Barral and Jerome Réquillart respectively.
