SAP and Commerce One deny split_3

SAP and Commerce One have said that plans to market their e-procurement software separately do not signal the end of their strategic relationship.

The groups called off a licensing agreement for the joint Enterprise Buyer brand earlier this month, citing a conflict of sales interests.

SAP still has a 20 per cent stake in Commerce One, and will continue the joint sale of their combined marketplace solution, MarketSet.
