Defence Estates, the procurement agency for the Ministry of Defence, is heading an initiative to overhaul the procurement process for leading construction clients. Monthly forums called benchmarking clubs have been arranged, with the first taking place before Christmas. Clients include NHS Estates, BT and the Highways Agency.
