One form of workplace discrimination shows no sign of abating – so how can we stamp out ageism?

Age discrimination in the workplace is still a major problem according to a recent survey carried out by ICM on behalf of charity Age Concern. The poll found that almost one third of people know someone who has been discriminated against at work because of their age, while 70% of respondents think that ageism is still rife in the workplace.
