Half of senior IT jobs found by word of mouth

One in two senior IT roles are secured via a word of mouth recommendation, according to a survey from IT recruiter Metaskil of more than 100 of its registered candidates. It also shows that 27% of those polled usually rely on a job board application to obtain their next role, with 19% relying solely on a recruitment agency.
