Welsh procurement facing shake-up

Welsh public-sector bodies have until 15 June to respond to a major procurement review document from the National Assembly for Wales that aims to reshape public-sector purchasing in the principality.

“Nobody else has done a review right across an entire public sector,” Paul Skellon, head of procurement for the assembly and head of the procurement review team, told SM.
