The Ministry of Defence has short-listed three companies to supply and support replacements for army radios.


The Ministry of Defence has short-listed three companies to supply and support replacements for army radios. Computing Devices of Canada, Thomson-CSF of France and TRW of the US will bid for the long-delayed contract, which will include manufacturing and vehicle conversions. A cancelled contract with BAe Systems cost the MoD £330 million.
