Supply chain drives e-business use

Customer relationship management is still the main driver for UK companies to adopt e-business, although supply chain management is gaining in importance, according to a new report on electronic business trends.

A survey from the Confederation of British Industry (CBI) in conjunction with consultancy KPMG and the London Business School, found that the travel and transport sectors were most involved in e-procurement.
