Portal software upgrade for Tibco

Business integration solutions vendor Tibco has upgraded its existing enterprise portal software to integrate workflow and web services.

Tibco ActivePortal version 4.0 ties Internet services, legacy systems, messaging and e-business application integration adapters under a common portal framework.

The ActivePortal aggregates information and interfaces from back-office systems and public or internal web services and delivers data to users whenever key information changes or events occur.
