Pay’s gone over the top

Lots of senior purchasers are overpaid. The real work is done by less senior buyers and they deserve more, argues Christopher Barrat

The reports of the recent pay survey by CIPS and the Reward Group left me with a view that could get me hounded out of the purchasing fraternity - lots of senior purchasing people are basically overpaid for what they do.
