Life after forum, says report author_2

Partnership arrangements and philosophies within the construction industry will survive the demise of the sector’s premier supply chain forum, according to Sir Michael Latham, author of the influential 1994 report Constructing the Team.

“The ending of the Construction Industry Board (CIB) is not negative for partnerships,” he told SM. “They are growing and deepening. But all sections of the supply chain need to be effectively and equally heard. Partnerships need to work right down the supply chain.”
