Channel tunnel operator Eurotunnel is taking French and British railway companies to court over non-payment of tunnel fees.


Channel tunnel operator Eurotunnel is taking French and British railway companies to court over non-payment of tunnel fees. The French company SNCF, passenger firm Eurostar and freight carrier English, Welsh & Scottish are withholding £15.3 million from this year’s payments of around £45 million, questioning Eurotunnel’s calculations.
