Chocolate maker Nestlé Rowntree has reassured suppliers it will respond to e-mails on a Friday - despite a ban on staff using internal e-mails on that day. The division of the giant Nestlé group is using its “no-e-mail-Fridays” to see if productivity can be improved by forcing employees into face-to-face communication.
