Lady Sanity is a natural fit for SF Recruitment

Midlands-based SF Recruitment is the latest recruiter to turn to the world of music to promote their hardworking consultants.

Last September, Recruiter reported on London-based property recruiter Oyster Partnership, who called on the singing talents of Abi Carter-Simpson as an innovative way of attracting consultants to come and work for them.

SF Recruitment commissioned rapper Lady Sanity, to highlight the its ethos: ‘a company that thinks differently’.

The three-minute video bids to highlight SF Recruitment’s commitment to collaboration and sustainability in its bid to place job seekers in new roles they love.

Elaborating on reasons for the video, Dan Meredith, marketing director at SF Recruitment, said: “We’re always looking to do things differently… Our focus as a company is very much on perfectly matching companies with people, but why not have fun along the way? Our collaboration with Lady Sanity is our way of making our recruiters realise how important their jobs are, and clients and candidates realise how crucial the right recruitment agency can be in supporting business growth and improving lives.

“As a proud, Midlands-based business, the chance to work with one of the region’s most promising talents was too good to turn down. We had a live performance of her piece to the entire business just last month and like many of the city’s businesses, we’re certain 2020 will be a year to remember for Lady Sanity too.”
