Brother Henry joins sister Scarlett’s search firm Harper:Fox Partners

Henry Allen-Horton has spoken to Recruiter about why he has chosen to join his Apprentice finalist sister Scarlett’s recruitment agency Harper:Fox Partners.

In last month’s final of the BBC’s The Apprentice reality show, Our Scarlett narrowly missed out on winning the competition.

Throughout the competition one of her biggest supporters was her brother Henry, then an apprentice consultant for IT apprenticeship provider LMPQ, who told Recruiter he was “super proud” of her for making the final.

And earlier this week, it emerged Henry had chosen to join Scarlett at Harper Fox.

“I chose to work with Scarlett at Harper:Fox Partners because she is a standout recruitment leader and I want to work with the best in the industry,” Allen-Horton told Recruiter.

“I’ll be working as a search consultant supporting leadership assignments for the engineering and manufacturing markets across the UK and Europe.

“I’m looking forward to new challenges and new markets. It was an easy decision to join the business and I’m very enthusiastic about working with my sister, who is a great inspiration to me.

“From myself you can expect hard work to help grow the business. From Harper:Fox Partners you can expect business expansion and further emphasis on diversity & inclusion within leadership roles.”
