Carrington West has announced the restructuring of its leadership team following changes made at board level in January 2024.

Effective immediately (pictured left to right at the front), Amanda Ansell, head of marketing, Emily Christmas, HR manager, Keely Wakeling, finance manager and Ella Razzell, compliance & business support manager will join board member and managing director James Fernandes, directors Simon Gardiner and Blayne Cahill, and Gavin Hill, finance director in the senior leadership team.

The move comes at a time when Carrington West is investing heavily into the infrastructure of the company to facilitate ambitious organic growth over the next five years.

MD James Fernandes says: “We are delighted to welcome four new members to our leadership team. Each come with a wealth of experience and expertise in the areas of the business that we have identified as crucial to our next stage of growth. Individually and collectively, they have added enormous value to our bottom line already, and their input going forward will set us up for future commercial success.”

Based in Portsmouth, with 100 employees, Carrington West recruits technical talent for the built environment sector. The company also made it to number 61 in the latest Recruiter HOT 100 list.
