Global executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles has acquired Philadelphia, US-based leadership advisory firm Decision Strategies International for an undisclosed sum.

This is its second acquisition of a leadership advisory firm, following the October purchase of London-based Co Company.

Five members of the DSI senior leadership team will join Heidrick & Struggles' leadership consulting practice as partners: Toomas Truumees, Steve Krupp, Roch Parayre, Sarah Schwab and Arjen van den Berg.
