Global executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles has acquired London-based leadership advisory services provider Co Company for an undisclosed sum.

Global executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles has acquired London-based leadership advisory services provider Co Company for an undisclosed sum.

Led by chairman Colin Price, Co Company advises clients on aspects of organisational performance, including team dynamics, performance management and leadership assessment, development and transformation.

Price joins Heidrick & Struggles to lead its leadership consulting practice globally as executive vice president, based in London. 

He will also serve as a member of the firm's management committee.

TA Mitchell, Cathy Powell and Sharon Toye, all members of the Co Company senior leadership team, will join Heidrick & Struggles' leadership consulting practice as partners.
