Vic Chuntz, chief executive officer of Aston Taylor, told Recruiter the company launched the scheme — meaning any other rec-torec agencies wishing to work with the clients will apply through Aston Taylor — to capitalise on its business development experience as the market shifts focus from candidate to client.
